Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) is the Number 1 College of University of Delhi (DU)..It offers various courses such as 

• B.Com (H)
• BA Economics(H)
• MA in Economics And many others
• But if you want to pursue BBA then you should go Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies ...It also comes jndeu University of Delhi (DU) and offer courses such as BBA, BMS, BSc..
• For pursuing BBA it is not compulsory to have Mathematics in Commerce Stream but Please remember it also depends on Universities and Colleges as they may have there different Criterias.

First of all SRCC Delhi does not provide BBA course. It provides only B.Com (Hons.) and BA (Hons) Economics under its undergraduate programs. And to pursue any of these two courses Mathematics is a compulsory subject. So you cannot apply to SRCC if you don't have Mathematics in your 10+2.
