Can I pursue bca without English as a compulsory subject in 12th standard?

Dear student,

It is dependant!

The eligibility criteria for BCA (Bachelors of Computer Application) says that a student must have English and Mathematics as their main subjects in class 12th with any stream and they should have minimum 50% aggregate percentage in it.

But you should also note that there are many colleges which offer admission even if a student do not have English and Mathematics as their main subjects in class 12th.

So it depends on which college you you are seeking admission for.

Having said that there are some other criteria too, like you should have minimum 18 years old while taking admission however it is also not compulsory for every college.
