National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is a national level exam that is conducted for class 10th students annually. It is a 2 stage exam : the first at state level conducted by the SCERT or other equivalent state authorities. The candidates who qualify the state level are eligible to apply for the national level which is conducted by the NCERT. The selected candidates are offered scholarships by the government.

As for your question, you should qualify but that will also depend on the state that you are from.
