Hello
It would be difficult to predict the JEE advanced qualifying percentile. However, with 82 percentile chances seem to be less of qualifying if you belong to the general category.
You should work hard and appear for the April session exam also and try to score better marks.

Hello dear student,
It’s difficult to tell or predict the exact qualifying marks for jee advanced eligibility but if you are getting more than 85 percentile score then you have decent chances to qualify for jee advanced. But you can expect to clear JEE advance as you have obtained 82 percentile.
If you want to calculate your rank by your own then dear student you can do it as total percentile score is the percentage of people ahead of you. 869010 are the number of candidates appeared for Jan exam. So rank formula is (100 - your total score) X 869010 /100.
Best wishes
