Can I remove TFWS option from second cap round? Does tfws seats need more marks because I have only 61 marks in mhtcet?

Hello dear,
Yes, TFWS seat need good marks I think that your marks is not enough for getting it but still you can try it in second round of you have chances then you will get it.
