JEE Main examination is one of the toughest exam. Its impossible to score 180 marks in 20 days. you need to prepare day and night for that. Its not easy to prepare within 20 days. If you have some preparation before then we have some hope to get maximum score.
Any way its hard to prepare in 20 days.
In my opinion where there is a will there is a way. here I suggest you some important tips for the exam.
1. Firstly you have to set the goal. JEE needs dedicated preparing.
2. Some times you may lost your patience at these vast syllabus. so guidance is required to bring you to the right path.
3. You have to prepare your own time table. you have to attend mock tests as much as you can.
4. Sometimes you may feel you can't do it, you may feel stress, you may get irritation. At that time you need motivation. Motivation will gives you the strength.
5. Last but not least. you need to take care of your health. you need to eat healthy food.

The thing you are saying is quite impossible, you need a high persistence, focus, better time management, proper guidance to score the mark of 180, only few in a million can achieve this score, even have started this a year or 2 year ago.
Here you are saying that is it 20 days is enough to get the score of 180, so it is totally impossible for any one achieve this score, but if you have done your preparation already then yes 20 days is enough to score much score to get any NIT, nothing is impossible so just try
