Also follow the below mentioned tips:-
Make a routine or a time table and try to give at least 8 hours to studies and out of that 8 hours you need to devote at least 4 hours in solving numericals and mcqs
Revise :- there's no point of preparing for the exam if you couldn't recall anything in the examination hall, so you should stress on revision as well.
Solve previous year question papers and mock test papers ;- You should solve these , it will give you idea of types of questions asked and their difficulty level and will help you a lot.

If you have scored 86 percentile already once, it will not be that difficult to prepare and score more than 250 in July session, You just need to focus more on those topics that have more weightage in the syllabus.
In Physics, Modern Physics take the top slot with 5 questions. Heat and Thermodynamics, Optics, Current Electricity, Elcetrostatics get 3 questions each. Magentics has 2 questions and the rest get 1 question each.
In Chemistry, Transition Elements and Coordination Chemistry, Periodic Table and Representative elements take 3 questions slot. Thermodynamics and Gaseous state, Atomic structiire, Chemical Bomding, Chemical and Iconic Equilibrium, Solid State and Surface Chemistry and Nuckear Chemistry and Environment get 2 questions slot eacch and the remaining get 1 question each.
