Considering the placements in other colleges in Punjab under Punjab technical university, CGC L andran stands out. CGC Landran has the best placement record.

But the placements offers are mostly from IT companies and the package is generally around 3.25 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs.

Some core companies also visit the campus but intake is low which means the mechanical guys have less opportunity to be placed in their core industry.

But for IT, CSE and ECE there are sufficient opportunity to get placed in an IT industry.
