You have failed to qualify Neet examination as Neet 2020 cut off for different categories is

Category       cutoff percentile     cut off marks

General/ews          50                     720 - 147

UR-PWD          45                  146 - 129

Obc/Sc/st                 40                     146 - 113


So,with 100 marks in neet examination, irrespective of the category you belong to, you have failed in Neet exam, thus not eligible for admission in BAMS.

Every year the admission in government college differ according to the cutoff and the difficulty level of the exam and also on the total number of candidates appeared in the exam

You have not mentioned your Category you are belonging to.

100 marks is very less for admission in government BAMS college of any category.
