Sorry to inform you but based on previous years cutoff data there are very less chances of yours securing a seat in Maulana Abdul Kalam Azaad University for pursuing B.tech C.S. as one needs to have a rank under 2200 for securing a seat in it. But with the rank of 3874 there are good chances of yours securing a seat in any good government college.
