You can get government colleges like Purulia government college, not sure about CSE and ECE but be sure of other streams. Other government colleges include Bidhan Chandra krishi Vishwavidyalaya which you can get in 4th round. Some core and lower streams of Jalpaiguri government college are in your hand. So if there are vacancies and you are not looking for CSE or ECE or IT, then you can easily get a government college. So best of luck to you.
