You can get admission in COMEDK college through NEET as the admissions for COMEDK has been replaced by NEET for MBBS and BDS courses. Once your NEET result is released, you have to register in Karnataka Examination Authority to be eligible for 85% State Quota Counselling. Also you can register for 15% All India Quota seats.
