can i transfer from one private college to another private college in two differnt states after passing mbbs 1st year?what is the procedure?Is mutual transfer possible?i had valid health issue

Yes you can get into another college only if the colleges accepting lateral entry. Before taking your Transfer certificate form your college, please get to the College and ask whether the College has lateral entry system or not. Most of the colleges allows students to transfer the college after 2nd and 4th semisters. Where few  colleges only approve you transfer if both the college's come under same approval/affiliation. So you should get the confirmation from both the colleges about your issue and lateral entry, if it's accepted, you can move according to college rules and regulations. Procedure for such thing's will be informed by your college.
