can i update ews certificate from state to central in jee adv form 2020

Hello.,
JEE advance exam is for admission into the undergraduate courses in engineering. After getting a seat you need to submit your application form and other things in order to get admission into your specific college.
As far as i know we have a certificate for only GEN EWS category. It would be same for state and central counselling and in application process.
