Can I upload certificates after payment of jee advanced fee.I put the option that I will update the certificate before 26 sep.But I'm not understanding how to update

Don't take tension about certificate for jee advanced. If you visit jee advanced main site you get a official information about certificate uploading. According to official data your certificate will be submitted at the time of seat accepting. You can visit official site you will get it.
