See there is always a last date to submit any of the credentials for any of the entrance exam. Since 9th is the last date u cannot submit the certificate after that as such a reputed authority won't allow a single student to take this type of advantage. But if u are having any kind of genuine reason for that u can contact the concerned authority about ur problem and seek for the solution as soon as possible.
