Thank you Mam but my doubt was that if I get an interview call from a PSU and I attended it but due to some reasons coudn't get the job. Then would my this year's GATE score be considered as used one, or can I apply for Mtech admissions (Not PSUs) next year with this score beacuse I want to gain an year's field experience before persuing Masters.      If someone gets a PSU using this year's score, he cant use the same score to get mtech admissions next year. Does this rule apply for someone attending interviews and not getting the job.

It wouldnt be an used score. You still have a chance to use it.

The rule you quoted doesnt apply here. Because if you didnt join anywhere it means you haven't utilised the score.
