Hey there hope you're doing well.
Dear aspirant; No you cannot use your previous year JEE MAIN marks for admissions this year. You need to appear for JEE again this year and secure an AIR and then take part in all India jossa counselling for admissions in various institutes like NITs GFTIs and IITs.
