It is advisable to wear light color clothes (white, peach, baby pink, sky blue) for taking the examination since the checking is strict. They will take more time to check you if you wear dark color clothes. They do not entertain any kind of jewelry, belt and you will be made to take off your shoes and socks if you are wearing them. Follow the dress code because that will save your time and won't mess with your head in the morning before taking the exam. I have seen students fret before the examination to keep their belongings safely somewhere since some are wearing gold jewelry like earrings or lockets.

You are advised to wear light colour clothes but it's entirely your choice to wear anything you want that comes under the dress code of the NEET exam. So yes you can wear a dark blue T-shirt in NEET as there are no rules for colours. Just make sure that your top should not be full sleeve. Best of luck for your exam
