BPO executive job you can do after 12th but it does not have any future. So if you are interested for B.tech program then focus on it properly & try to get a good College for its study on regular basis because after this you will have better jobs option in top companies as per your capability.

If you want to pursue Engineering degree then you should plan for Regular mode and give your best effort , commitment and dedication.
Through distance mode education you won't get recognition in job market because It companies don't give recognition for distance B.tech degree.
