it is not the Karnataka Government that conducts NEET. NTA is the authoritative body that conducts NEET at a National level. COEMDK is for admission to Engineering and Architecture seats. Once NEET is conducted, Karnataka Examinations Authority will conduct counseling for 85% State Eligibility Quota and the remaining 15% is for All India Quota. No you will not be able to get medical seat in Karnataka by giving the ComedK exam since it is an exam of Engineering and architecture. If NEET is not held in Karnataka then you can surely give Comedk for engineering  seat . Otherwise you can wait for another 1 year if you are determined to give NEET for medical entrance being a medical aspirant.
