you can definately apply as its the exam for the apply who wanna take admission from other countries

so its a sholastic admission test (SAT) and few other international entrance exams for abroad studies include the  MCAT, LSAT,IELTS and the TOEFL. it depends on this majorly while i suggest you take councelling from the abroad consultancy they will give each and every information i would like to suggest few people for exam couching and councelling are JAMBOREE, PRINCETON kindly check with them
