Yes, you can delete or modify the higher options above the allotted institute in first round if you have selected choice 2 for second round seat allotment. You cannot add new options unless new seats are introduced for seat round seat allotment in the seat matrix. As you have selected choice 2 if you are allotted seat in second round the seat allotted in first round will gets cancelled  automatically. If no seat is allotted then the previous seat will not be forfeited. As you have selected choice 2 you can delete or modify the order of the options as per your preference.
