Yes, MHTCET can cleared with ISC course if and only if you have studied the ISC syllabus very well throughout your 10+2. Doing a crash course for 1 month will be beneficial for you.
At the last, if you are determined well enough and concentrate on your studies you'll definitely fetch a good college through MHTCET.
