Hi, Yes they can. Allotment of seats for Karnataka PGCET candidates will be 90% for Karnataka candidates and 10% for non Karnataka candidates. Even the reservation guidelines will be applicable only for Karnataka candidates rest all will be treated as general. Hope this helps.

Hello mam, I am from Andhra Pradesh.in non local catogiry can I get a seat in Banglore university by appearing through pgcet ? If so plz suggest me how much rank I should get in pgcet
