you can get admission to various architecture colleges with 84 percentile in JEE Mains . However, admission depends on several factors such as:
- Category : Reserved categories (SC, ST, OBC-NCL, EWS, etc.) often have lower cutoffs compared to the General category.
- Home State Quota : Colleges give preference to candidates from their home states.
- Rank : Your All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Mains Paper 2 will also play a significant role.
- NITs and SPAs : NITs and Schools of Planning and Architecture (SPAs) generally have higher cutoffs. With 84 percentile, securing a seat in top NITs might be challenging, but state and private architecture colleges may offer admission.
