You are not eligible for CAT as it requires a minimum of 50% in graduation. However you can apply for the other exams like XAT, MAT, NMAT, CMAT etc and then pursue MBA.

The application form for MAT 2018 September will be available in the first week of July 2018. The last date to apply for the test is August 25, 2018. 

Now, the MAT eligibility criteria only says that if you have completed your graduation in any of stream from a recognised institute or university, you are eligible to apply. Final year graduate from any discipline including, science, humanities, commerce or engineering stream from a recognised institute or university is eligible to apply so there is no as such minimum aggregate required, therefore yes you are eiligible to apply even with 47.6% in your graduation.
