can one sit in the NRI counselling as well as General counselling in NEET PG?

Hi,
Well sitting for two categories of counseling might not be possible. If you are are non residential I dian then you are eligible for that category and hence you need to sit for that counseling and not for counseling that is organised for indian residing indians.
