Can someone take admission in bhms without qualifying neet even in private college

No, you can't get into any medical college without appearing for NEET or without using your NEET score. Even for private colleges, NEET scores are mandatory. Whichever quota that you apply for, be it management quota or any other quota, you'll still need the NEET score and a lot of money of course.
