Yes, if you pass 12 PCM, then you can take admission in B.Tech.
And if you want to join Indian Navy, then start getting B.Tech admission on behalf of Indian Navy, if you want to apply then you can apply, I will give you the link below.

B.Tech or Bachelor's Of Technology is a UG course for students wanting to go in the line of engineering.
The eligibility criteria is as follows:
1) Candidates must have passed 12th Science with PCM as core subjects that is Physics, Maths and Chemistry.
2) You should have an aggregate of minimum 45% in 10+2.
3) The candidate must answer the entrance exams as provisional by the institution you are joining or answer the common entrance tests such as the following
JEE Mains
BITSAT
VITEEE
MET
CETs

Hello,
The Basic eligibility criteria to apply for Btech Graduation degree is one must have passed 10+2 in MPC stream from a recognised Board of University. In addition to that one has to write an Entrance Test either state level test or National level test like JEE to get admission in Engineering Colleges.
