Can the loose pants for neet ug 2020 be dark in colour like black ?

Hello,
You can wear loose pants of dark color for NEET-UG 2020, but it would have been better if it was light colored. Still, it is ok if you wear a dark colored pant. The guidelines say that you need to wear loose pants, and if it is loose, it is totally ok.
