Your JEE Advanced rank seems pretty good to secure a seat at an IIT.

For Electrical Engineering you can expect the following IITs-

IIT Madras, IIT Delhi, IIT Kanpur, IIT kharagpur, IIT Guwahati, IIT roorkee, IIT Hyderabad.

Out of these, IIT Madras and Delhi look tougher, but if you get a rank below 460 then only you can expect IIT Delhi, and if your rank is below 560 then only you can expect IIT Madras.

1. Indian institute of technology Delhi

2. Indian institute of technology Madras

3. Indian institute of technology Kharaghpur

4. Indian institute of technology Roorkee
