Hello Aspirant,

The UPSC exam has questions totally from the History, Geography, Political Science, Economics , General Affairs, General Science i.e. Physics, Chemistry Biology, Environmental Science and Sociology whearas the CAT exam has no question from this syllabus.

CAT exam is a Aptitude based exam and has question consisting of Quantitative Aptitude, Logical reasoning , Data interpretation and Verbal Reasoning.

So You can't appear for the CAT exam with the preparation for UPSC
