Hi aspirant, the thing is that once you complete your 1st Round's option filling there is no chance left for you to add any further options for the 2nd round counselling only when few seats added by a college after the 1st round of allotment.

Also, you can change the order of the options that you have entered before the 2nd round allotment as well as candidates have 4 options after they have been allotted seats.

You have the right to make changes to your choice preference,add a new college in second round only if you doesn't freeze your allotted seat in first round.
