can we appear in NEET exam twice ( february and may) a year. Or there is chance for only one attempt.

Hey Ashritha !
As of now, there has been no official notification regarding whether the NEET Exam would be held once or twice in 2020.
But if it's notified that the exam to be held is twice then you can assuringly appear for the both the time in case you didn't score well in the January Session.
