Hello Neha
Yes you can apply for AIQ and state quota conducted by MCC and state authority respectively.
MCC conducts counselling for 15% quota seats of government medical college, all seat of AIIMS ,JIPMER DU colleges, VMMC ,and IMS BHU
And state authorities does counselling for the 85% state quota seats . So you can apply for both .

Sir... I wanna ask that when state wise counselling start ... Is it start together with all India counselling.....please let me know sir .. it's really important... and how can I apply for state level counselling.procedure...

Good afternoon sir ....
Myself got AIQ NEET UG rank of 163123 and Cat rank of 11275 SC Category of Telangana state .....my question is if I get a seat in AIQ quota seat which I wish to take only from Telangana state and ....later participated in state councelling and got a better college can I leave AIQ and join the state quota councelling sir
