Can we apply in manipal university if we have got 80.83 percentile in jee mains?

Truly speaking manipal university does not consider the jee mains marks at all. This marks is invaluable to them. The only way is to get a good marks in the entrance examination conducted by them. They may give a fee waiver if you get the cut off in jee mains but the admission will not be done on mains
