Can we be selected in JEE only by solving all NCERT exercise and examples thoroughly ?

For chemistry its definately enough,Maths to some extent.Maybe 40-50% will be of ncert level. For Physics its 20-30%. 

Chemistry will make you clear the cut off. maths and physics will give you a higher rank

No it's not like that.You have to first complete ncert books then you have to switch to other top books for practicing their problems with the help of concepts gained from ncert books.You can go for below listed books subject wise:
