can we change choices in next round of upsee counsling ???

Hello,

Yes you can change the choices in the next round of the upsee councelling as many of the colleges are left with vacant seats hence there is a chance that you can chnage  it.

sir, if seat will be alloted to me will it remains with me in second round or i have to choice again and lock them??
