As of now there's no upper age limit for NEET, hence as long as you fulfill the eligibility criteria you can appear for NEET which are as follows;

Passed 10+2 from recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Botany/Biotechnology and English as core subjects,
PCB aggrega inclusive of theory and practical needs to be attained against one's respective category-
UR-50%
SC/ST/OBC-40%
PWD-45%
