You can definitely get admission in iisc, bangalore even after taking a year drop. You can get admission in this college for undergraduate programs without any worries if you have taken a year drop. You can get through JEE entrance exam without any hassle.

Yes definitely you can take admission in iisc Banglore after having a drop. The criteria for admission in 2020 there is that the candidate should have passed 12th boards in 2019 with at least 60% aggregates in pcm and other extra subjects, however candidates appearing for boards in 2020 are also eligible.
Therefore one can join the institute after one year drop
