Dear Asfiya,

NEET is the centralized medical entrance examination of India and without qualifying NEET, no medical aspirant will be able to get admission into any government or private medical institutes of India. However, other than NEET there are two more national level medical entrance examinations which you can attempt: AIIMS - The entrance examination will be held for admissions into the 7 AIIMS institutes across the nation. JIPMER - This examination is conducted to admit eligible applicants into the JIPMER institute.

You can get admission in AIIMS and JIPMER as they conduct their own entrance exam. For rest all, NEET is mandatory.

Hi,

No...

Actually NEET, AIIMS and JIPMER are the exams you have to give to get a MBBS seat. No other go.
Hello Asfiya,

  • I wish I could tell you that is possible. However, all colleges in India come under NEET except for AIIMS and JIPMER, which hold their own all India competitive examinations.

  • It is mandatory to answer NEET to get a seat in a Medical College anywhere in India.

  • Don't worry! You just need to start studying! Don't stress yourself so much. You have to start preparing and you will definitely be able to achieve your dreams. All you need to do is take the first step!

  • All the very best for your preparations!
