Yeah definitely you can study English version of BAMS book and it is easily available in market in medical book shops or on online platform.

You can study in any medium as per your convenience  as you will get a choice of choosing in between HINDI, English or in regional languages if that is available in your state... Like in MAHARASHTRA its also available in MARATHI, hindi in delhi university and Gujarati in gujarat University.

But Many names and procedures in BAMS is related to Sanskrit words.. So you have to deal with that for sure.

Now as modern medicine subject are there so almost all Colleges teach in English and and also you can write your exam in English.

Southern states BAMS colleges teach in English medium, so if you can get admission in there's College.
