Hope you are doing well ! Yes , you can use mobile phones in the college but there are some rules and regulations which you have to follow there like you can't use your mobile inside the classroom ,ya you can carry it but don't use there . Don't use mobile when asked by professors,dont click unnecessary pics and create videos which can harm others . So beware while using it . It can make you harm also .
