To take admission in top colleges of biotechnology colleges you can appear in JEE (Main+Advanced) to take admission in IITs.

In order to be eligible you should have 75% marks in your boards exams or you should be in top 20 percentile. For SC/ST it is 65% marks.

Apart, from JEE you can appear in your state level entrance exam to take admission in your state level government colleges. 

For Private colleges you can appear in SRM
