Hey buddy, applying through general quota and sports quota are totally same.
You can apply online on or before 31 may, 2019 in the official tnea website

Candidates who are applying for admission under sports quota have to submit the application form, certificates and special reservation form in-person to Secretary, TNEA within specified date and time.
