After Round 1, out of 1042 MBBS seats, 933 MBBS seats have been filled. As many as 109 seats are available for Round 2. Last year 4 Medical Colleges had a cut off less than  your score. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats available, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. Admissions have been completed in 173 MBBS seats of SCB Medical College, 198 MBBS seats in MKCG Medical College,  159 MBBS seats in VIMSAR, 100 in Pundit Raghunath Murma Medical College, 99 in SLN Medical College, 82 in FM Medical College, 77 in Belangir Medical College, 45 MBBS seats in Hi Tech Medical College.

But if 109 seats are vacant,  you still have a faint chance at any of the Government Medical Colleges which are left vacant. So you still have a chance at:

Hello aspirant!

I am sorry to say but with 518 marks, I find it very difficult for you to be eligible for MBBS from a government college. You might be eligible for private colleges. You must also be eligible for BDS from a government college. I hope this information was helpful!
