hey Rohan,
Glad to know that you are preparing for NEET and wish best of luck for that. As you have asked the importance of chapter 1 of physics in neet, so let tell you that every chapter is equally important, only the weightage of the qns from different chapters are different
As you have asked about chapter no 1 from 11th physics which contain the chapter physical world and measurements. From this chapter, you will get about appx 2% of total physics qns which will equal to appx 1 or 2 qns.
Now let me give other chapter weightages for your further information.
Your 2nd unit I.e. Kinematics have a total of 3% qns  from
Chapter3: Motion in a Straight Line
Chapter4: Motion in a Plane
Whereas unit 3 I.e. Laws of Motion have a total of 3% qns from
Chapter5: Laws of Motion
Again from unit 4 Work, Energy, n,  Power, you will get a total of 4% qns from
Chapter6: Work, Energy an,  Power
Unit 5 I.e. MThe motion System of Particles and Rigid Body have a total of 5% qns from the
Chapter7: System of Particles and Rotational Motion
Again from unit 6 I.e. Gravitation, you will get a total 2% of qns from
Chapter8: Gravitation
From unit 7 I.e. Properties of Bulk Matter, you will get a total of 3% qns from
Chapter9: Mechanical Properties of Solids
Chapter10: Mechanical Properties of Fluids
Chapter11: Thermal Properties of Matter
From unit 8 I.e. Thermodynamics you will get a total of
9% qns from
Chapter12: Thermodynamics
From unit 9 I.e. The behavior of Perfect Gas and Kinetic Theory, you will get a total of 3% qns from
Chapter13: Kinetic Theory
And from unit 10 I.e. Oscillation & Waves, you will get a total of 3% in from
Chapter14: Oscillations
Chapter15: Waves
I have given you the total information about the weightage of physics qns from 11th standards.
Let me know if you need more help.
Thank you and best of luck.
