It's not about being partial or lack of equality. It's  more about the importance of class . Class 11th and 12th is very important for your career as it forms the foundation where you will land after your class 12th.

Currently the situation is very worse and nothing can be said. There might be a possibility that the exams will be cancelled or the exam will be conducted in an online mode.

see due to corona pandemic auto promotion has applied for many of the educational board. this year also the situation remains same it might repeat again this year. however class 9 and eleven is not same, in some of the cases school has to strict and conduct for exam for the sake of future of the students.

so its better to study regularly and never neglect the routine course even if you are studying from home. for eleven grade students 10+2 class is very crucial time, unless you delayed your targeted course or not following the routine you would face issue at the time of entrance exam or admission test for bachelors.
