It depends on the schedule published by the college / university in which you are seeking admission. The college-level entrance exam can be taken in one or multiple sessions, depending on the total number of applicants for a particular course. The entrance exam for admission to different courses can be done on the same date or on a different date. Therefore, you should check the schedule to know the date of the exam. As you have not mentioned any College / University and the course in which you are seeking admission, it is difficult for us to answer your query.
